David Godfrey - founded Health & Home
Senior Care International Inc. in 2003 and has seen it expand
from Nova Scotia to Ontario.
Mark McQuitty - CEO. His experience includes
20 years as a fundraising consultant (the last 13 years as
President of a Toronto-based fund raising consultancy) working
at a senior level with teaching hospitals, community hospitals,
multi-level healthcare organisations and post secondary education
institutions successfully directing campaigns with financial
objectives ranging from $500,000 to $40 million. Before entering
the fund raising business, he worked as an advisor on Parliament
Hill.
Pat Westfall - CFO. A Chartered Accountant,
Pat has spent the last 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer
of a public company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
During that time, Pat negotiated and completed 5 acquisitions
and the corresponding financings totaling in excess of $50M.
He spearheaded the company’s move to the Toronto Stock
Exchange and was responsible for satisfying the company’s
ongoing reporting and disclosure requirements. During his
tenure, the company’s system sales grew from $20 million
to in excess of $120 million.
Chris Boswell - Health & Home Senior
Care’s Vice President of Sales. Chris has extensive
sales experience working with start up, mature, turnaround
& high growth companies
Leonard Knott - Health
& Home Senior Care’s Vice President of Marketing
Communications. Leonard has extensive experience in communications,
having run the public relations division of a large advertising
agency and headed his own public relations and marketing communications
firm. His accomplishments include launching BMO in its new
Bay Street headquarters, etc.
Janet Latremouille - Director
of Human Resources. With over 20 years experience as a human
resources professional, Janet has been Director of Human resources
at the Delta Chelsea Inn (Canada's largest hotel) and at the
Empress Hotel in Victoria. Her expertise in designing and
managing human resources strategies for full and part-time
employees as well as her expertise in developing customer-focused
corporate cultures is a key element of the Health & Home
business strategy.
Tim Brennan - Human Resources Consultant.
Tim is the President and Chief Visionary Officer
of the Brennan Group including hiringsmart.ca and keepingthebest.ca.
Tim is instrumental in the effectiveness of the value we place
on all our employees.
